Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The task is to create a logo for "the owls cafe". Simple and modern (black and white preferred but not limited to) owls. Maybe a coffee mug or cup with a owl or on a branch.

It is a cafe with a vintage look located in pyrmont area where many local people can come. Buildings around this cafe are not new buildings as well as house area. Trying to blend with this environment so thinking owls in the village concept would suit. Cafe will be providing specialty tea and coffee as well as gourmet food.

I am trying to capture local people mainly. Weekends will be busy for a brunch from local people. On top of that, will try to capture visitors and walking trafiic people as this cafe is located between darling harbour and fish market where many visitors passing by. That is why i need something iconic on the street capturing people's eyes. Eventually i will try to use this logo on the outside of the cafe building wall with large painting so that people can see us from long distance as well.

Style: I want to have a logo with a single owl. Neat and simple not too complicated , not too many colours. The owl doesnt have to have eyes, nose and stuff it can be as simple as just shapes as long as people recognise it is an owl. I am still thinking whether i want to put coffee cup or mug with the owl so i would like to get some open designs with or without cup or mug. It can be just next to the owl or owl can hold it as well. Also adding a branch that owl sits on wouldnt be a bad idea.
