• Must state: What is an EPC? An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years. An EPC can also provide recommendations on home improvement measures which once complete can improve the energy efficiency of the property.
• Who needs and EPC? All landlords and home owners, as all properties available to buy or rent require a valid and current EPC.
