when i can submit my design?

hi im new to this process so please bare with me but to my understanding my project has been launch and awaiting submissions now.

i must also make note that the file with black background version did not turn out its not coming up (only partially ) and this is the one i liked the most if you wouldnt mind fixing this one please :)
