Wanted: Graphic designer to create a Facebook ad for a gluten-free cooking product. Designs will be used to create social media ads that will be tested, so we’re looking for a wide range of eye-catching, creative designs that take 20 minutes to find or make. With testing, we try out a number of images to see which performs best. It’s hard to predict what will win, so we aim to get a diverse set for the first round, then build on the winner. So if your design wins, we may ask you to do follow-up work.

The image doesn’t necessarily need to look like an advertisement. Use of stock images is fine, but it should be unique in some way because we’ve found that stock images don’t perform well. We’ll be writing the copy, so you don’t need to include any text in the image unless it’s essential to the design. Dimensions for Facebook ad images are 1200x627 px.
