About ELSE:
We are a passionate group of young professionals, students and solar advocates under 30 years of age who are working with the Canadian Solar Industries Association (CanSIA) (www.cansia.ca) to build a strong solar energy future across Canada.
ELSE was created in 2012 to provide professional development for the solar community and to nurture the next generation of solar energy supporters. We seek to educate, empower and engage Canadians by means of advocacy and public outreach.
Through events, online discussions and policy recommendations, we facilitate an honest and thought-provoking public discussion about solar energy, its benefits and its place in Canada’s energy supply mix. We build fact-based awareness and support for the industry and all types of solar technology.
