Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I just bought a small, urban restaurant in Germantown, Philadelphia,PA, US, which is a town with a rough reputation but an influx of young, middle class families and hipster Brooklyn-types. The restaurant was formerly called the "Uban Cafe," which I like but would like to adopt but maybe at something like "new" or maybe "The Second Urban Cafe." I'm not far along in the business planning, but I want a logo that is gritty like the neighborhood, but wholesome and local like the food, and intriguing like the restaurant's potential. It should be something that can be adapted to being painted on the enormous brick wall of the exterior. I would like bright, but not gaudy. URBN Cafe or Urban Cafe. Maybe overtop, or cafe smaller and italic?

Desired design elements (but feel free to surprise me):

-simple, not too complex
-industrial feel (maybe some portion of which can be replaced with cut-out metal for storefront)
-sustainability feel (rough but green)
-bright, but not gaudy; natural tones, but not dull
