Does it matter that your new logo uses 3rd party stock illustration? It would to me, I'd be really pissed off actually. Means you don't own your logo, its not trademarkable, and would be in violation of its original creators license agreement.

It's a pretty standard license restriction across the board for all the stock photography/illustration sites. License will always say in one way or another along with all the other limitations and restrictions associated with stock, that you may not use in anyway in part or in whole in any logo, trade mark, service mark, design mark, business name... ect

Hope you haven't printed much already with it. At the least I hopefully saved you even more hurt especially if you ran that on all your products, worse yet they were printed and distributed... BIG money those kind of screw ups.

Wow! I actually got that logo from this same site.. Particularly from a member called (Rasha8488)! I checked the links you shared and yea that's it same crown.
Any advice?! Should I pause this project and update the logo first? Or is it possible to go ahead and purchase that crown design? I'd appreciate your help.. And thanks for letting me know!

That's the thing, even if you purchase your own licence the licence always will forbid you from using any part of the stock within a logo, trademark, service mark .. Ect.

Looks like you've got something on the go from your next message. I'm sure designcrowd would sort the situation out quick for you and also deal with the user. Maybe that's what you already did.

Guys I don't designs on the box, I need it on the bottle, not only the front side with the logo, I want a design that covers the whole bottle.. Back and front and sides. Remember, I will be using your design to paint and print the bottles.
