Manufacture of artisan ice cream, 100% natural, without preservatives or additives in Spain.
We are an small group of cookers , that works in confectionery and bakery.
Our factory will be in Albacete, 200km from Madrid in a farm, in the countryside, closed to a big lake, with wild ducks and herons.
We use , only, natural productos from our farm
The name LA GARZA is Spanish and means THE HERON.
