Logo Design for Real Estate Development Company based in Southern California focused on the rehabbing property and developing new homes.

We are a company focused on attracting professionals, investors & future home owners. Conservative, modern, and nimble are

Modern - Crucial for us as we would like to appear modern but play to a conservative audience. Script is not the feel for this project. Clean font that is easily discernable would be ideal.

Conservative - The name of the company should be incorporated into the logo. We are new and will need to create a memorable, easily recognizable logo/presence.

Logo will be used for business cards, e-mail signatures, website, Facebook, and all other relevant social media platforms.

The incorporation of shapes or an actual logo aside from "E" & "P" are welcome.

Incorporation of Green Elements would be great whether it be leaves or perhaps another object. A Touch of Modern is important as the work we do is updating those objects and homes of the past.
