Yes it is a coffee shop, that also provides food and local Tasmanian products/retail. I want the style to be hipster/industrial, but all open to any ideas.

why have you named it playground, what does this refer to?

It Basically has two meanings:
1.It will be my Play Ground as a chef, to use local,organic products and to experiment with other ideas
2. I also love coffee and that's where Play Ground comes into the second meaning, playing with coffee.
