Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

We are Civic Lifestyles, a non profit working with people with disabilities and helping them to live the best life they can.

We need a modern pamphlet designed for our service offerings. We don't want a single completed pamphlet, but 2 templates which we can then add our own photos and text to. We need:
*One double sided 210mm x 100mm template in portrait orientation
*One double sided 210mm x 200mm folded template in portrait orientation

The pamphlets need to be bold, happy, concise and easy to understand.

As for the content which we will add later we need room on both the front and back of the flier to add photos and text in later similar to the 3 Bridges pamphlet.

As for the other flyer designs I uploaded, I like their simple, bold designs.

Also I uploaded a Civic Industries logo as well. I would like the logos to be switched out for a second copy of the templates with the different logo.
