Thank you all for the designs. A Couple few things to notice

1. DO NOT change the logo on the bottom left in any way.
2. Keep the page clean. I like the idea of an image in the background but has to be very light
3. We want to keep the concept of "tiles" rather than bubbles but the idea of adding icons to the tiles is good
4. The most important is the second page with the icons for the reports. Need to see that

I'm unclear what you want. Do you want the bottom blue section with the word Schlumberger at the bottom right to remain?
