I've just submitted the first round. I wanted the image to be from the actual debbie stein or keller williams portfolio, so I took the image off of your website link from your Keller Williams page. i hope that's okay.

Hi Lisa,

I haven't signed with Debi Stein network yet and so I don't want them to be the focus. I would prefer my name where the debi stein network is and delete that all together. Keller Williams doesn't require their brand to be central to advertising so I would take that off also. I like the way debi stein is placed and focused..we just need to change that content to me:) My focus is to get my name out to friends announcing that I am now in real estate and just a simple statement that I am affiliated with Keller Williams, their business address, my email address and telephone number. My personal phrase that I am integrating to social media currently is #home matters. so I need to get that in there. all research I do about what buyers/sellers want centers around characteristics of integrity and respect so I want to get that on there along with "real estate needs". I liked my original image because the colors imply warmth and feel like you are peeking in an elegant room in a beautiful home. I have one other image I like from a home we vacation in and I can see if I can get that to you to use.

k- I just updated images. home #2 is my house and we can use that freely obviously. I'd like to change the background to black. I love what you wrote! I am using the tag line: home matters. so I don't know if we can get that in there somewhere. thank you for your patience. I deleted Debi stein as I am not going to use that in this round.

Hi Rachel,

I just submitted two alternative designs to the first one I did for you. Both of these fall in line with what you asked for in your feedback, however one is a bit more modern with a lighter colour palette while the other is more low-lit and traditional (I'm referring to the images). I couldn't download the image you uploaded to the brief of your home, so I've used two images that I found online here. I'm more than happy to switch the image out to one of your own if I can download it :)

I've also added the icons (you had said in your feedback that you are using #homematters in your social networking, so I thought it would be important for people to know they can find you on FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. if you have pages). I can remove those if prefer though. Finally...you did not provide your email address, so as soon as I have that i can add it to the back of the postcard.

Let me know what your thoughts are.

I just submitted a revision for you based on your last email. I've moved the info on the back to the right side so that you can have the left side for postage. If this isn't necessary, let me know and I can change it back to centre.

In terms of editable files...I'm more than happy to provide you with editable files, however my policy is to only provide these to clients once they approve the design and provide payment. I apologize if this is an inconvenience for you, it isn't personal, I just can't send editable files without this as I would risk having people use my work without compensation for my time.
