To get a initial design submission, you need to provide more information. Foremost, if you have a logo please upload. And what is the key objective(s) of your site would be? Like information or some key actions from the site visitor? What are the values you want to be conveyed?

You gotta write these things down and share with us. That will help us get a better understanding of your unique requirements.

We do not yet have a logo, so you can just put a generic image there for now. The key objective is to convey that we relive back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, etc. using specialized lasers. We want the visitor to call us and make an appointment for these services (laser pain relief.)

I hope this helps you. We are looking for your creative knowledge for the layout, design, color scheme, pictures, etc.

2. To call us for appointment ( So the contact number should be in prominent place) Should we put eh email as well?
3. To book appointment ( So we should think about putting a 'Book an appointment' button up there, clicking on this will pop up a appointment booking form)

What's the name of the clinic?
Any preference for color scheme? Any website you like as a reference?

Yes, you are correct on the key concerns for the site. There should definitely be a prominent phone number on the site in several areas. The phone number is 248-346-5551. There should definitely be a "book and appointment" button for the visitor to request an appointment and contact us.

The name of the clinic is ReMotion Laser Pain Relief. The website "feel" should be "cool", "soothing" and "comforting", with a soothing blue color scheme.

I don't really have anything to use for reference, so I hope that you can use your imagination and be creative for me!
