The budget suffices for homepage PSD design only - not other pages designed or full site coded & or ecommerce integrated.

I understand. And I am assuming you need images as well. What I am looking for at the moment is exactly that - the best possible home page design (PSD) is fine. The company has a staff of 65 people, with 2 coders and one junior designer. We wanted to reach out to the wider world - Sri Lanka doesn't have the best web / front end designers. We are looking for ideas / concepts for the home page. I mentioned 2 pages because I would love to see an inner level page as well. We can handle the coding and everything else. We are looking for great design. Bear in mind the client profiles I attached and also the fact that most of our clients come from the UK and Australia. Please keep asking me questions... I will keep the brief going... and thank you for your time.

Awesome designs so far... thank you everyone!!! I have not yet rated them though. Once we reach the deadline in 9 days time I will create a poll and obtain feedback from our directors and managers, as well as clients. I just wanted to thank everyone for their efforts so far.

Hi guys - my apologies for the delay. I will provide feedback this week. I have just returned from my holiday in Europe and I am back in Sri Lanka. This coming week I am going to sit with our product / marketing team on Tuesday and we are going to rate everything and choose a winner.
