Resumen de Diseño de Logo

hi all!

I want a logo delivered for the following formats: Use on website as part of a wider design via a third party. Initially the logo will be on a splash page of the site. I also need the logo for emails footers and documents. We will be getting the site developed over the next few months., the logo is needed asap.

In terms of the design, we are a crowd funding site (see www.crowdcube.com - our closest competitor). We raise finance for good ideas. the domain name is a derivative of "Eureka! Capital". I.e. we raise funding for good ideas.

We raise this funding via the power of crowd sourcing, ie many people make a small investment in a business idea, and that business can then meet its funding requirements. We act as the market place between these two parties, i.e. the small business seeking funding and the small investor seeking investments. Many people invest in one idea. our cleints are the businesses that need start up capital and help and come to us for that capital and for our know how guides etc. The other party is the small investor who cant get access to big investment pools. We are trying to democratize venture capital for the masses. Our site will have a strong education element to it, but ultimately we make our money from people posting their companies on the site and investors investing in them.

Some ideas for the site could be a light bulb with cash in it, a way of depicting a group of people all fighting over an investment, all paying their money to one source. Or something else, dont get too stuck on what i just said! By the way the site will have a lot of how to guides etc, so any character built into the logo would be used within the site.

Some previous ideas for site names (which may help you in terms of our direction were capital gang, equitygang, equitymob, crowdfunder)

Site will be clean and not too serious. No preference as to colours. Want the logo to be modern, fun and shiny!
