Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Situated in a small country town, we handle property management and residential sales. Being from Melbourne we would like to bring in the city vibe of professionalism and class into our logo and marketing. We want to stand out, we would like red, white and black, and maybe a hint of a light blue. Logo will be used for everything, signage, sales boards and stationary. Want to create a brand, we are a small company but want to look like one of the big guys. :) attached is a copy of our crappy logo we have now and dont want anymore, and a photo of front of office.

we have found that our target market is people moving from the city to the country for a change, retirees and families. Large portion of our market is investors.
