Should i use the byte network logo also with the current icon designed ? since u have asked to incorporate the byte network logo , or will the icon for the security alone will be enough ?

any particular letter or symbol need to incorporated in the icon?

I'm interested in keeping the Y but I'm not so proud of it that it's a requirement. Im looking for something unique, so I'm open to your creativity.

It appears that trying to incorporate the Byte logo will be too complicated and degrade the overall quality of the design when reduced to 16x16 pixels. So far, the simpler designs that have been submitted look good rather than the really complicated ones. A few of you have also submitted a version of our full logo, and we thank you for those too since that is going above and beyond :)
