Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
The current budget suffices for homepage psd coded design only - not full site designed or CSS coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

You are correct there is no coding, development, integration.

I am after

1. header and footer for all pages (just do it once and I can carry design through)
2. Homepage which includes slider banner

I have guaranteed the funds and they've already been taken from my account. The money is available.
