Resumen de Diseño de Camiseta

We need a tshirt design for a Crossfit website called hettrainingsplan.nl
(thetrainingplan).

The design should include our logo (see attachment), the sentence "I Beat the Boss", our website url and of course a beautiful design/illustration.

The T-shirt is awarded to members who won our "Beat the Boss" contest:
Members can submit their results in a prescribed workout.
If their result is better than our head coach, they "beat the boss" and get the shirt.

The design should be an illustration of this "I Beat the Boss" concept.
Maybe something with the old computer game Marioworld...Mario beats the boss mixed with some barbells and kettlebells?
