Context: What is the background and the competitive landscape?
• There are 3 doctors that are specialists in all respiratory care working in the public hospital. The 3 specialists are also skilled in interventional procedures. Currently the public hospital resources are stretched and therefore there is a long waiting list for patient care. To overcome this challenge the 3 doctors will be opening their own private practice to help with the stretched resources within the hospital.
• This practice is accessible to all patients giving patients quick appointments and effective treatment and the best service possible.
• The practice will have excellent service and the most up to date treatment methods.
• There is no competition as the service that will be offered will be currently unique compared and is only offered in the public hospital.
• The interventional procedures are very helpful in patients with cancer and to aid in diagnosis and ongoing management
