It looks like you want what's called an "all-over" print style shirt. Do you already have a printer picked? Can they do this kind of work? Most printers can only print within the seam boundaries of a shirt (not past sleeves). The two ways you can do this are to have it dye sublimated (this can only be done on 100% polyester tees) or to have the shirt made from scratch by a manufacturing company which would print onto the shirt pieces before sewing them together. I just don't want you to end up with a design you can't use. Let me know if you want to continue in this direction or change the design a bit. Also, do you have a vector AI or EPS file of your logo?
