I'm not entirely sure what it is that you want. You want to keep your current logo but just change the colors? Is that what I am understanding from your brief?

No it does not.

It should be 454g and the label should be 10.4 x 22.5 with 0.125 radius corners

So the copy is to be taken from current label or the one with the picture of the women?
