This is probably going to sound like a dumb question. What kind of basket are you going to used? There is the paper and plastic basket.

No it doesn't sound dumb at all....the pictures I have been getting so far seem to all be cartoon like. I don't want a cartoon.
Some people send fancy logo too but its not going to be a fancy take out place. I'm looking for a real logo that can also go on top of my bldg as well as marketing material.
A basket is not necessary....just an idea. However planning to use paper for now...but next year as business grows I want to add outdoor seating then will add plastic baskets. But for now I gotta start cheap....so paper it is. Lol.
However it's not an elegant or fancy restaurant. It just a fast food take out chicken and fries joint. Customers don't even come in...it's all done from the wondow. Sort of like: Checkers. If you are familiar with them.
So I'm actually just looking for something bright and bold to stand out and revitalize a neighborhood.
My bldg sits in a great location at a fork in the road....intersection. thus it is a major site...so i need something befitting for the logo and area.

I was a little surprised to see that you aren't open to cartoons. You said in the description that you were open to any ideas. With the name being Chicken Basket, it being fast food walk up I was taking a lighter style appealing to families and younger adults. What I designed could be on shirts, napkins, signage and all be playful and fun. I will try to submit a different design if time allows.

Hi Andy....I liked your concept and design minus the chicken. Or maybe another kind of chicken not a cartoon chicken. The rest was great.
I agree it's family friendly but I'm trying to be a bit more bold and stand out. The neighborhood is in the process of revitalization....so i wanted something serious and bold. Not a cartoon.
I liked the the rest of your design.....hope to see what u have next.
