Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Looking to develop a brand from myself. I am a personal trainer, lifestyle and nutritional advisor. although I am conscious of the holistic approach to health and fitness I push clients hard and expect a lot. the training is also weight training dominant so I don't want an image that is too "soft".

My clients are a mix of men and women too so it needs to be somewhat gender neutral or something that represents both male and female.. less "runners world" and more "tough mudder" though.

I am undecided about having a slogan..
Slogan ideas:
A) be strong on the outside as well as the inside
B) inner beauty outer strength
C) size matters
D) strong body strong mind
E) get stronger and live longer
F) Define your body don't let your body define you
G) You define your body not the other way around
- can all be altered but that kind of theme.

I have attached 2 of my own images that might be good to use as a background or even altered to show only contrast / silhouette etc..
I will choose something that is edgy, bold, eye catching that is can be in-keeping with the concept of being healthy AND strong.

New idea!
There is also a saying that "abs are made in the kitchen" (which is true) ...so maybe a muscular torso sculpted from an apple could be a great logo idea!
