Looking for site concept, something new, very simple transaction, not generic website. Must also drive mobile app download call to action.

In principle, we dont care how you get your media or watch a TV series or download your favourite song, however, if you are honest and love the song/movie/servies or the star, pay them!
The solution should include anonymous/protected end user interaction and digital certificate/rights management process for end users who have media not paid for to payunto and receive an approved digital certificate from Payunto authorised by the relevant media house proving legal ownership of the digital media item (music, video, TV series/episode, movie etc...)

Basic functions:
Consumer: Mobile and Web
Personal media rights administration
1. Capture core data – Create secure and private Profile account
2. Log owned/borrowed media (media legally owned tagged and media 'borrowed' tagged, decision criteria, pledge or purchase (open to ideas, function to browse PC for media on HDD/iTunes or mobile, tag ones to pay for etc, capture CD's owned etc. create digital library filing system?)
3. Pledge payment for media - future payment value linked to market value, I like this, not sure I will keep it forever though, pay less? use once?
4. Purchase rights for media - payment based on market value of related media item. (paypal, credit card or other?)
5. Media Certificate management - secure and PRIVATE distribution of the certificate (open to options here), approved by media house.

design ideas welcome, modern, fast, simple steps, engaging, with sense of privacy, we wont share data, we will just pay the media houses more! Based in Switzerland, managed by Swiss privacy law. transact with min personal data required.

• Must have privacy by design, must have simple and minimal steps taken to log and declare media items and pay, with no risk of exposure. Must have payment process, must have interface to easily load media into site, drag drop, search HDD/mobile etc.

• Digital certificate process and admin interaction of site and with media house, secure and trusted process to provide report and logs of payment for media to specific media house and relevant payments made and tracked.
