The current budget suffices for 4-5 pages psd & css coded site only - not full site designed or backend or wordpress integrated for this low budget

We are looking for complete responsive website and content based on present website. Developer need to give a next generation website which connect students to download app and just looking at website user should get immediately idea about the product.

we are talking about redesign and it should be responsive.

By looking at default view of website, students should get the idea about product.

I have attached screens which you have not used.

This is tablet/Ipad based product to prepare competitive exams for IIT, JEE , AIPMT , CAT , GATE , ACT and SAT etc. and visitor should get ideas by just looking at the home page.
