Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for our Real Estate Educational site. The site will consist of a large pool of animated videos that will explain to consumers the different aspects of real estate transactions. In AGENTNEST.COM AGENT refers to the serious business side of real estate. (E.g. who we are as agents and how we help). While NEST on the other hand is representative of THE perfect go-to, fun, educational place/site where people come to learn about all their RE needs especially when looking to buy or sell a house. Here we explain to them in a very distinct and memorable way any topic they choose, whether if be what it takes to buy a house or what a short-sale is. We are an educational site which is why I would like an owl as a mascot.(wise agent owl riff) Maybe give the owl a smart look with glasses or 'nerdy/geeky' look or something that says hes a real estate agent. Emphasis on the owl as a character is important as we will constantly be using it to brand and have him on the site. We would like the actual logo to be the website URL 'www.agentnest.com or 'agentnest.com' you can capitalize or not based on what you think will work best and incorporate the owl mascot in a creative way. We would like to find a happy medium between a fun look and a serious business approach. Also we like lively colors, Ive attached some files to show the type of scheme we like. (blue and orange dominant with maybe some silver). The owl can be those colors as well or natural colors as long as it all ties in. Please make it bold and catchy maybe help distinguish between agent and nest to be more readable. have a blast with it and make it fun and cool. Thank you
