I require the design for the front and back of an book called Twenty Two Faces (by Judy Byington).

Twenty Two Faces: inside the extraordinary life of Jenny Hill and her twenty-two multiple personalities immerses readers into the perspective of a severely abused child with multiple personalities trying to make sense of her convoluted world who through therapy, finally does.

Twenty Two Faces is both inspirational and educational, documenting how the only known survivor-intended-victim of a modern-day human sacrifice ceremony five year-old Jenny Hill, overcomes multiplicity resulting from brainwashing, her perpetrators having subjected the child to insidious mind-control techniques culled from Nazi Germany. As is the case for thousands of children across the globe unfortunate enough to be born into families such as hers still practicing these aberrant religious rites. Using a lone resource: faith in God, Jenny tries to make sense of a life where she jumps from one day to the next. Eventually with help of a psychologist, she takes charge of her divided mind by facing alter personalities and their traumatic repressed memories, overcomes family-society rejection, confronts and forgives abusers including her own parent-perpetrators, showing ability of the human spirit to overcome against all odds, profound emotional shock and miraculously heal from severe childhood trauma.

The completed, professionally vetted and edited 400 page double-spaced manuscript has a word count of 102,471 including Foreword by Dr. Colin A. "Using journals written throughout childhood Hill and her multiple personalities document how she overcame profound emotional shock and miraculously healed from abuse that severed the innocent child’s thinking patterns. The purpose of her alter personas was to isolate and conceal traumas so Jenny could function and escape insanity. Alter Angelic formed at age five while being raped by neighboring teens at the direction of a master mind-control programmer from Nazi Germany. Her life’s brutal tragedy: she was already multiple by then. Defiant Alter J.J. had emerged with Father’s first rape at age four. Several alter personalities developed at age six as Hill was tortured and became the intended victim of a ritual sacrifice. At thirteen when Jenny was gang-raped by almost a dozen men, the twenty-first and final alter, Vennessa, birthed to handle that experience. After suffering deaths of a high school sweetheart, plus her best friend, she somehow completed Army medic training, received a nursing degree, prepared for church mission, and became the mother of two boys.
