Hi - We don't have a die line of the box - no more than 4 inches long and 2 inches wide will be fine - the hat cover folds up real small - you can go to our website to see the covers - www.kirbyhatcovers.com

The reason we want a die cut window is so customers can see the fabric color and feel the material.

It is a one size fits all and water resistant.

Do you have a UPC code for this product as well as an EPS, PSD or AI file for your logo? Also do you want to stick with the red for said logo or are you open to color change to go with packaging -- also, the cowboy, do you have clipart or photography that you own that can be used. If not, it can be found on the web but you will have to pay royalty or subscription fee to obtain.
