We need 1 Header Picture designed for our homepage (1200x489 px). It should include our Logo (attached), Tagline (attached), and also the following content in one area: Academies, Seminars, Webinars, Courses
And in another area with check marks (see homepage example below): Corporate Leadership and Team Development, Equine Assisted Coaching Academy, Conscious Leadership Mentoring, Total Body Mind Reset

As an example of how we'd love it to look like (similar to this but please be creative:)) is this homepage: www.chalenejohnson.com (she has her header pics showing up randomly so please load her pages several times to see the different designs)
Background should smoothly merge into the white homepage background.
