We need a new fresh WordPress theme that fits our organization and provides better access to information to our members, potential members and the general public.

Note: This project is for a complete template that we can load into Wordpress.

The Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers (CITE) is part of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE - ite.org).

Purpose and Mandate
The purpose of ITE is to advance transportation knowledge and practices for the benefit of society. As part of our role in ITE, CITE contributes the Canadian perspective and our experience to members worldwide.
CITE enables transportation and traffic engineers, transportation planners, technologists and other practitioners with knowledge and competence in transportation planning and traffic engineering to contribute individually and collectively towards meeting the needs of mobility and safety within Canada.

Our mandate as an organization is to:
a. Promote professional development of members;
b. Support and encourage education and ongoing training;
c. Stimulate research and undertake technical projects;
d. Provide a forum for the exchange of professional information; and,
e. Develop public awareness of transportation’s role in society, the
environment and the economy.

Technical Specifications
New theme must be compatible with the following plug-ins:
* WooCommerce 2.4.4
* WP Job Manager 1.23.7
*Download Manager 2.7.96

Theme should be compatible with mobile devices. This is preferably achieved through a separate mobile theme and controlled using the Any Mobile Theme Switcher plug-in.

Theme should have the option to change page layout to be with or without side bars.

Logo artwork and basic site map is provided. Existing site can be viewed at cite7.org.
