Small family run guesthouse BnB in Blue Mountains Australia needs a new brochure showing different aspects of business

We need a new brochure to go with our new website. Basically the design would be good as a double sided brochure that can be folded down to standard envelope size.

We have seen a few interesting brochure designs before that fold in different ways (and therefore have the design to match) but still fold down to this size to help with postage.

The design would have to showcase the different aspects of our business including individual accommodation for couples and families, conference market, wedding market, retreat market and events market (parties, re-unions etc). The Business must be Showcased as The Hideaway Retreat, Blue Mountains

It is possible to arrange design so folds separate different sections of info/pictures.

It is also optional that we possibly have 2 brochures instead, one that is a basic all inclusive once described and one that only deals with group bookings (wedding conference retreats etc etc)

• Must be based on our current websites design feel, colours, etc
  Must be showcased as The Hideaway Retreat Blue Mountains.
  Must mention The Blue Mountains as a world heritage destination
  Must be A4 double sided that can fold down to 1/3 the size to fit into a standard envelope. Any designs that will not fit in a standard envelope once folded can not be accepted as they are outside the brief
