The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only with CSS - not full site designed or coded or backend or Weebly integrated for this small budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

The allotted budget for this is too low for a fully developed website. Please consider increasing the budget if you are looking for a fully functional website.
Also, please clarify if you have a business logo ? Text to appear on your website? You mentioned that you are looking for 1 page website, would that be a parallax website? or multiple pages? If so, how many pages and how would you title each page?

I would like to give more precision as i forget some informations.
I m looking for a fully functional website. One that i can use directly with minor modification. About the text, we will do it our-self after the website is done. Or maybe it is necessary for you guys?
I ll this afternoon ( i m in asia so it might be night for you) put some documents with more precision for the website, like name of title of each page as Jonathan did requests.
I guaranteed the project and added 300$ more on the budget.

Oh By the way, i ll probably ask some other work with designer that i think their work was interesting. We have a restaurant, boutique and hotel and i probably need more design for our menu, administrative paper, souvenir as t-shirt....
