Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for Spotlight Acting Academy, a children's musical theatre school in Texas. We are targeting children ages 3-18 and their parents. I am attaching our unimpressive logo that I designed on my iPad. I would really like a spotlight that is shining from above the letters onto the T in Spotlight, which is actually an actor center stage with arms spread out. I like for the lettering for Spotlight to be much larger than Acting Academy and am open to Acting Academy being left off. I was thinking a black background so the spotlight looks like it's illuminating the words in a sense. And for the T to look very much like person, more so than the letter. I also hope when you look at it your mind goes straight to theatre.
