Resumen de Diseño de Logo

The Ulmer Institute (TUI) is a comprehensive institute dedicated to treatment, research, and training for issues relating to psychological trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) especially among urban/metropolitan civilians. The Institute includes various counseling services and treatment programs – training curricula for interns and post-docs in the area of psychological trauma – and, academic research on the impact of urban trauma on communities.

1. We want the logo to convey a sense of establishment and importance. Stark, angular fonts and lines are appreciated.

2. We DO NOT want a logo with a brain as a central element.

3. Logos that find creative ways to show healing, health, life, etc. will be given priority.

4. The Institute focuses its efforts within urban areas, logos can include creative images that convey city life.

5. The Institute utilizes Israeli models of treatment, so using Jewish symbols (maybe a menorah hidden within a tree?) would be appropriate but not necessary.
