Resumen de Diseño Gráfico

We need a graphic design that shows our management framework. Attached is my (poor) attempt at making this look good. Please refer to this file:

Please note that the other 3 files in the attachments are just examples of works that I think are visually appealing.

Up to five colors can be used but less is fine also. If colors are used, then please use ones that are close to the colors in the graphic. This graphic will be used to show employees how and why we are doing what we do.

If you could create the graphic in Powerpoint, that would be ideal, but am willing to take any graphic format if it looks great
