The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget

Also please guarantee the project if you need the best designers to work on it

Business 1 is "push light-based patents to market" by providing enhace visibility to the patent for a low cost fee.
Clients: mainly Technology Tranfer Offices form Universities
Competitor: INNOGET.COM but he is generalist not focused on a technical niche.

"Market Pull" we propose companies with a techical problem or without R&D capacity to post an XPHOTON CHALLENGE in order to find the best solution provided by SOLVER (who arr scientific, tecnician and professional in LIght- based Technologies)

Project is only psd with CSS only

Site is already working, programmers in Synfon2 are already working for the site whcih is 1,5 year old.

Only main page design needs to be changed in order to achieve better optin

Once we choose de design CSS coded of the front end landing page is needed.
There is no need to design or code other pages of the site
