is there a style or image that you like the look of and can upload? Being creative is good, but is open to taking time on something you won't like. Or might be better if we send in sketch/design of one character and then give feedback? Thanks

Good idea. I have updated the brief with some illustration which are within the area of style that I am looking for.

After some feedback I have updated the brief with some illustrations that I find are kind of what I am looking for. Some additional comments:

- The people in the picture do not have to be overly detailed when it comes to clothes etc. The focus is on their problems.

- Feel free to mix gender and background on the participants. I.e the IT role doesn't have to be the typical "IT-guy-nerd-with-glasses".

- Speach/thinking bubbles maybe is a way to go to illustrate the problems?

- Also,I am starting to think that perhaps the before picture should be more void of colors, greytoned (so push the troublesome reality they had before). This would make the after picture in color more vibrant and also make it easier to use my logo and the orange in here.

- Feel free to ask questions or i.e. send in illustrations of an individual character for feedback. I will respond as quickly as I can.
