In which format do u like me to submit the project?? Weather to submit in indesign or pdf format??

Any format is fine but as long as it can be converted to PDF and ready for printing

No. there is only the webpage.

However you could put a little boxed area that says "Provider" or "Supplied by", so that suppliers can put their business stamp or sticker with their details. I think this will be really good actually.
