Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are a third party commercial real estate property management company. We manage the physical property for owners and investors. We manage business office buildings, processing centers and government owned buildings.

I want the logo to feel modern and contemporary.
I want the logo to have one or two colors.
I want the logo to feel timeless, not too trendy and more importantly, to project quality.

I have attached a file that shows the font I REALLY like and the ideas for the feel of the logo.

The 136 MAIN (company name) on one line

I need two source files for the winning design: 1 with text and 1 without the text.
(I should be able to just use the logo without words on MULTIPLE TYPES of surfaces, like napkin for instance.)

• This will be posted on website, signage, letterhead and other print media.
• Font is very important.

• I like colors that infuse a grey tone.

No debería tener

• Script font, elaborate logo design.
• Stay away from pictures of houses, roofs, key.
• No green, purple, pink, orange colors.
• Please try to stay away from red & black, blue & grey..they are used too often in property management logos.
