I need a web design for a Online Wellness Center based in Chicago, IL and it's called "Healthviber" We provide Health risk assessment to individuals and interventions. Our portal has a Health Activity tracker where our members record health activities and aerobic miles and biometric data. Our Online wellness center tracks the participant's progress toward health goals and awards points for completed activities.
I started working on this website but the designer was not able to designer a website which describes what we do. I need a fresh look on this project. I need a very attractive, responsive website which says what we do.
These are the things we do.
1. We provide Health Risk Assessments to individuals and Co-operations
2. We Provide Free health screenings to undeserved communities
3. Assist individuals access free or affordable medications
4. We ask providers/doctors to see (or do a complete physical) one individual free of charge once a year (those individuals who are no insured and don't have money to pay from their pocket)
5. Assist patient access lab work at low cost
Our goal is to provide services that will lower the cost of care for our members.
