May I say that gold is a special item. It comes as foil, flat metallic and variations that are more a suggestion of a golden color attained by inks for print. To note: the same gold seen in a pantone selection guide on line does not in any way look like the printed version. So some leeway should be given until final digital and print application are selected.

I will suggest design based on your brief yet in the end you would have to select from a preferred representation of gold and it may even vary for each application. An outdoor rear lit sign would not be best for a gold foil application and much easier to chose a transparent ink color to best represent gold, whereas on your stationary you could easily print a gold foil if that was your preference.

If I may, for now, the color of gold I suggest in my design will be a variable and not an absolute definition until your final selection.
