Is this where I would provide the details? Is this the private message you are referring to? Also I am overwhelmed with all of the designs that were submitted. I'm trying to get a clear understanding of what each designer provides at the end of the project.
Will I have the ability to change out pictures of projects, add a blog, will it be viewable on a mobile device, etc? Please provide details so I can compare. I don't want to waste anyone's time further and will narrow down to the final few before I give all the feedback. I can narrow yours down to just 1 or 2 but you submitted so many!

When a design is submitted, please explain exactly what your final project will provide to us. I am not a web developer or a graphic artist so please be specific- do we still need to provide pictures for the site, can you help find some stock photos and do we need to purchase those, will we be able to just take what you provide and use our current domain with it and it is ready to go, will we be able to make adjustments and update photos of projects if we post them, will I be able to have a blog, etc. Thanks for all of the submissions! There are a lot of great ones!
