Krummaker is a UK-based company with a global offering of management trainings, executive coaching and management consulting. The company is using the company name, i.e. Krummaker Ltd, and the suffix ‘Training | Coaching | Consulting’ in all its communication (website, LinkeIn, letterhead etc.).

The company has a strong emphasis on leadership trainings and coaching for executives. Customers are large global companies, but also local small medium enterprises. The company’s mission statement is ‘Empowering leaders to make difference’. Krummaker Ltd understands successful leadership as winning the hearts and minds of people to achieve great things. The company is training and coaching leaders to be responsible, mindful, authentic, honest and guided by a strong ’moral compass’ which is helping them to make ‘the right’ decisions. Topics covered e.g. are energetic, visionary and inspirational leadership.

While we like a logo with a strong reference to leadership as this is the core field of the business, we don’t want the logo to be ‘leadership exclusive’, but to act as an umbrella/give a home to other management topics such as strategy and change management.

We like something that has a clear, simple and not overloaded design. Furthermore, we want something exclusive - not a tweak or different version of a standard stock image.
