Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo that reflects new beginnings hence the word 'alpha'. I would love to see the greek letter for alpha somewhere in there as well. I own a business centre with the word 'pointe' in it and will run my career development business out of this centre, hence the word 'pointe'. This business will assist people in their job search. It will be geared mainly for local and immigrant professionals. It will be very professional and will be run almost like a 'bootcamp'. The business will offer one-on-one counseling/coaching and group format (up to 12). The job search strategies offered are hands-on and assertive, with daily goal setting and networking. I am leaning towards navy/gold colour or navy/lime or navy/yellow.....not sure yet.The design needs to communicate success and new beginnings.
