Our software company is expanding, and we are looking for a fantastic Wordpress designer that we can work with on this small project to start, and ideally develop a relationship with over time. This initial project will require the designer to either identify and customize an existing Wordpress Theme or to create a new WP Theme from scratch.
What we are looking for in a WP Theme needs to be modern, creative, professional, and colorful. The Template also needs to be scalable and able to grow with our business. We have many related businesses primarily in the field of home-repair and we would like to be able to use this same template framework for our other businesses, but be able to change / modify the color scheme and some of the basic features like images, fonts, and navigation buttons titles. Ultimately, we want people to be able to go from one of our websites to another and not feel like it is the same website and cause confusion for the end-user.

Please submit an example home page and inside page for each of the following types of businesses (so we can see how the design can vary from site to site):
- Window Washing
- Painting
- Plumbing

• 1. We are looking for a standard Five Page design with Spectacular Home Page, About Us, Services, Gallery, and Contact Us pages, though we need to have some flexibility in the main menu/sub-menu options as we grow.
  2. Need the ability to modify throughout with different color schemes, fonts, and images.
  3. The navigation buttons must be visible on each page, but does not have to be “at the top”…. It can be wherever your design allows….but must be consistent on every page.
  4. The Home Landing Page needs to be exciting and attractive to the eye. The other, inside pages can be less so, but still needs to be more than just text.
  5. We would like to have testimonial and FAQ pages as optional plugins for scalability.
  6. The Contact Us page needs to have a customizable form that could be a simple contact form, or could be for requesting a free-quote.
  7. Need the ability to integrate with a newsletter / mailing list.
  8. We’ll need links and sharing buttons for social media available as options as well, though do not always want them visible on the site.
  9. The site needs to be user friendly and easy to navigate.
