Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Task:
Create a logo, with an integrated image/symbol that can be removed from the name text to create a separate branding element, for our new brand of Motors.

Target Audience:
End User for small motor market

Background:
Our DVR motor company works in the OEM B2B market space. Now we are creating a consumer facing brand of motors, Andrastek. Our motors are unique, with a intelligent computers built in, sensors to aid motor use and are eco friendly, with reduced power useage. Our motors are inherently electronic software driven, which makes them unique in the motor market.

Mandatories:
Name: Andrastek
Referencing off the DVR globe somehow in the Andrastek logo (one thing we noticed is that the DVR globe almost has the shape of a curved A in it? useful point or not?)
Trademark Symbol (small, subscript)
Ability to visually successfully translate across many mediums (t shirts, print, web)

Outputs:
Variety of outputs (.eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ai, .png files)
Must be created in a vector program for scalability in size
CMYK and RGB scales supplied
Easily translated into a grayscale (black/white) logo

Things to consider:
Strapline will need to be added at some point, we don't have this element yet but ability to add a strapline to the logo design will be an important consideration.

Fresh, clean, simple
High Tech but not in a traditional sense, more modern and fresh
Luxurious
Understated
Authoritative
Invincible
Leader
Innovative
Willing to look at all colours, but prefer green or red tones, open to 2nd colours/elements such as silver/steel.
