Resumen de Diseño de aplicación (App)

We have an existing news publication app platform and are adding categories to push notifications.

We need two screens designed (each for iPhone, iPad and Android for a total of 6d) that show when the app is first launched.

The workflow of our app:
0. app launch screen while webservices run (no work needed)
1. information screen to the user promoting the benefits of push notification with "Next" button. (see concept attached)
2. Push categories selection screen. This will have list of category types, with on/off switch.

Local Events (on/off switch)
Weather Alerts (on/off switch)
Local Deals (on/off switch)"

Background:
When I was looking around at app designs, I came across this one (http://www.designcrowd.com/design/2562871) and I really liked it. We obviously have different features on our screen, but I’d like to have this same feel. The colors used in this design are perfect.

UPDATE: I do not mean to limit your design to match the layout as the one mentioned above. Please use your creativity for the layout.

Our standard font in Helvetica Neue.

Notes:
- our app is developed for all phone devices from iPhone 4 to iPhone 6, so designs should be thoughtful of vertical scrolling if needed.
- our app is developed for iPads, so we'll need designs completed as well. (We can finalize iPhone design first, then translate the design to iPad.)
- our app is developed for Android phones (not tablets), so we'll need designs completed as well. (We can finalize iOS design first, then translater to Android UI design guidelines).

We hope to establish a good on-going relationship with the designer for as-needed work in the future.
