The current budget suffices for Homepage psd design only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

The style can stay as it is, and add in 5 screenshots. one with b&a pictures, general profile, dashboard, lead view to showcase the actual product the doctor is buying.
